I founded Castle & Co. to give people a place to slow down, get clear, and take the next right step, whether that means growing personally, getting their finances organized, or turning an idea into a business.
My background is in mentorship, coaching, and sales. I hold a master's degree in counseling, and my focus is career guidance: helping people figure out what is next, build the confidence to pursue it, and make a plan that works. For years I have mentored young adults and women through career changes, life transitions, and new beginnings.

The Meaning Behind the Name
The name Castle is a tribute to my mother.
She showed me what strength, resilience, and a strong foundation look like. Through every season, she built a life with care and determination, and she taught me that the things worth having are built intentionally, one step at a time.
A castle stands for generations because of what lies beneath it. It is built stone by stone, with patience and purpose, on a foundation strong enough to weather any storm. That image captures everything I want for the people I work with: a life, a career, and a future built on solid ground.
